Kenya Troubles

My keny tree looks as though it may be dying. I have tested the parameters, the only parameter out is is that my Nitrates are about 25. I tested them twice, but I really need to test them with another kit, as I don't know why they would be high. The Keyya looks wilted and white, others Kenyas in my tank look mormal, some are open, others are closed. Any ideas? I also have detailed this in my tank journal.
