yes, both are good for drinking, i drink mine..
there are two problems though
1.) some people say you should not drink
RO/DI water, they say
RO is fine, but not
RO/DI. something to do wither there being "nothing" in it, i dont know, i dont fully buy that its bad for you.
2.) you will not be able to drink anything else after you start. i cant drink tap or spring water without it bothering my stomach...lol my water is so pure when i drink anything else i can taste all the chemical and minerals in it.. eww...lol
