okay, we got some more of the plumbing done last night and drew up the dimensions for the sump, refugium, top-off water and saltwater basin. I'm having them all made out of acrylic, in order to help with weight issues. I also have very specific dimensions under the counter that I'd like to take advantage of, in terms of the top off and saltwater. I want them to be as big as possible and utilizing the space as efficiently as possible...hence the acrylic.

Here's the dimensions: (all metric)
1. Sump 70L X 60W X 60H 250liters
2. Top-off water 60L X 40W X 70H 168liters
3. Salt water 55L X 50W X 80H 220liters
4. Refugium 70L X 40W X 60H 168liters

Most of the plumbing is finished now - I just need to wait a week or so for these acrylic babies to be made and then we can finish off the plumbing. I'll try to get some pictures taken tonight to show you where we've gotten.

Also, the painter has been ordered for finishing up some spackle work around our windows and to spackle in around the metal framing that's over the drywall, so hopefully the outside of the aquarium room will look "finished" soon as well!

see you...
