Rob: I checked the files with mpgtx-1.3.1 on a Linux box and again with mpgtx-1.3.1-10 on my
iMac, they both say the files kinerson can't play are encoded as "Mpeg 2 layer 3" and the others as "Mpeg 1 layer 3". What are you using to process the audio files?
kinerson: for the time being you might be able to play them by running them through some sort of converter program first before you transfer them to your phone (anything that can "rip to MP3" should be able to handle the job)
