no worries bud, just hold tight and give it more time, normal i would say NO WATER CHAGES, but because you started with tap water, you should be working to change it out. just keep monitoring it, dont add any type of food or anything to it.

just leave the tank in the corner with the lights off (if you want) and just test and change the water.

if everything is setup right it will balance out on its own
by this i mean, if you have enough LR, LS, current, filtration, etc..
