| T. Iso culture density
Does anyone have any pictures or know how to tell when you should split your T. Iso cultures? Mine gets an almost golden yellow color but doesnt seem to get much darker. I have tryed to add more F/2 media and it doesnt seem to help. Any suggestions? It isnt falling out of suspension or anything like that just doesnt seem to get a dark brown like Im expecting. How long should a healthy culture take to turn from light yellow to dark brown? |
