Yep.. The rise/head loss will be about 6' from the basement through the floor and another 5 foot to the return nozzles. In the end, I'll have a much quieter display tank in my family room, auto top off (I lose about 3/4 gallon a day and manually top off *sigh*), more water volume, a kicking refugium, and in case of pump failure, a 75 gallon 'catch basin' to ensure that I don't have any overflow.

The joy is, that this is a seahorse tank and I don't need up to 20X flow. A simple 5-7 time turnover is a good rate for this application. I'm thinking a Mag internal rather than an external pump since I have all the room in the world in the 75G sumpfugium.
