clown behavior?

i have to true percula clownfish... and in the past few days they have been hosting a rock near the bottom of the tank. i noticed today that the larger one, female im guessing, was stirring up the substrate with her tail... i was just wondering if this is normal behavior..maybe signs of spawning??
