My fish get a variety, and I feed them whenever I think of it. So they get fed a little cyclo in th AM, and some F1 flake in the
PM. Maybe next time they get some mysis, Nori in ithe
PM. I try to mix it up and feed different stuff multiple times a day if I can. I also sometimes skip a day, like yesterday.
