Now I have a little more space in my
fuge, the Chaetomorpha isn't filling the entire space.
What I took out of the
fuge is now in the tub, along with another 10 gallons of water.
A pic of the overall setup I have now...I pulled hair algae out after the pic...should have done that before I took the pic.
I need to get a powerhead that's just a little larger to pump water up into the tub, it sits in the return pump section. I also need to get another fitting to redirect the water coming from the tub back into the
fuge...just so it's not splashing so much. I may even pickup yet another powerhead to just move the water around more in the tub.
I'm just having fun dabbling here and there....26gal tank, 20gal long for
sump/fuge, and now a 14gal rubbermaid tub with 10 gal of water for a big growout spot for the Chaetomorpha.
