so your going to have a return pump in your
sump thats feeding your display which in turn overflows into the 10g rubbermaid which your going to use another pump from the rubermaid to the
sump?
if this is the case i would just use 1 pump from the
sump and drill a hole in the rubermaid eliminating the need for another pump. also so you dont need to match pumps for proper flow, just use gravity.
