Cheng - you can become a contributing member by making a financial contribution and becoming a
premium member. Your rank within the forum, such as moving from curious reefer to apprentice, etc. is based on the number of posts that you make. The stars are based on how long you've been as member. And as far as becoming a staff member,....well....that's purely up to Rob! :-)
